These cleaning tablets for automatic coffee machines are the original cleaning and maintenance agent with code 00312097 and trade name TZ80001A. They are intended for selected automatic and built-in coffee machines from Bosch, Siemens and other catalog-compatible BSH group appliances, according to the instructions of the specific appliance. The tablets help remove coffee oils, greasy residues and coffee remnants from the brewing unit and the internal coffee paths. The package contains 10 cleaning tablets of 2.2 g each, i.e. enough for 10 cleaning cycles. The product replaces the previous trade name TZ80001N.
During coffee preparation, coffee oils and fine grounds gradually build up in the brewing unit, the outlet and the internal passages. These deposits can affect the taste and aroma of beverages, the water flow and the hygiene of the internal system.
Use a cleaning tablet especially in these cases:
This original BSH cleaning agent is optimized for automatic cleaning programs of compatible coffee machines. Because of that:
The product 00312097 is also listed as TZ80001A, cleaning tablets for coffee machines, tablets for removing coffee oils, cleaning tablets or Reinigungstabletten.
The package contains:
The tablet is inserted into the location specified by the manual of the specific coffee machine. Depending on the appliance design, this may be the opening for the cleaning tablet, the ground coffee compartment or another location designated by the manufacturer.
Do not add the tablet to the bean hopper, milk container or directly into the water tank unless the appliance manual explicitly states this procedure.
The product is intended to clean coffee deposits. It is not a descaling agent and does not replace descaling tablets or liquid descaler.
Cleaning tablets 00312097 primarily remove:
A descaling agent, by contrast, removes mineral deposits and limescale formed from the water used.
If the coffee machine requires a combined cleaning and descaling program, use both types of agents exactly in the order and at the points specified by the manual. Do not interchange cleaning and descaling agents.
The tablets are intended for selected automatic and built-in coffee machines whose manual prescribes the use of cleaning tablets of this type.
They can be used, for example, in compatible Bosch, Siemens and other catalog-assigned BSH appliances. However, suitability for a specific coffee machine must be verified according to the manual or the full E-Nr designation.
The brand or product line alone may not be sufficient, because individual coffee machines can use different cleaning programs and procedures.
Always start the cleaning program according to the instructions shown on the coffee machine’s display or according to the user manual.
For one standard cleaning cycle, use only the amount prescribed by the manufacturer, usually one tablet.
Do not interrupt the program unless necessary for safety reasons. The coffee machine must complete all cleaning and rinsing phases.
Before starting the program, empty the drip tray and coffee grounds container if the machine prompts you to do so.
Place a sufficiently large container under the outlet according to the appliance manual. Hot water containing dissolved impurities may flow out during the program.
After the program finishes, pour away the used water and rinse the drip tray, grounds container and other removable parts.
If the brewing unit is removable, clean it also in the manner prescribed by the manufacturer. Do not use unsuitable cleaning agents on it.
Store the cleaning tablets in the original packaging, in a dry place and away from moisture.
Turn on the coffee machine and start its automatic cleaning or service program.
Follow the individual prompts on the display. Insert the tablet only when the appliance prompts you to do so.
Use only the designated opening or chamber. Incorrect insertion of the tablet may cause the cleaning program to fail.
Do not insert a cleaning tablet and a descaling agent into the system at the same time, unless the specific service program explicitly requires it.
Do not put your hands under the outlet during the program. The liquid flowing out may be hot.
After cleaning is complete, prepare the first drink only after the coffee machine has finished all rinsing phases and returned to normal operation.
The cleaning tablets are intended only for maintenance of compatible coffee machines. They are not for consumption.
Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. Wash your hands after handling.
If the eyes are affected, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Follow the safety instructions stated on the product packaging for further actions.
Do not use the tablets for hand-washing dishes, cleaning the milk container or for other purposes not specified by the manufacturer.
Do not combine them with common household cleaning agents, chlorine-based products or other chemicals.
Before ordering, please verify that the manual of your automatic or built-in coffee machine prescribes the use of cleaning tablets type 00312097 / TZ80001A.
The product 00312097 represents a package of 10 cleaning tablets of 2.2 g for removing coffee oils and deposits.
It is not a descaling tablet, liquid descaler, water filter or a milk system cleaner.
The designation TZ80001A replaces the previous trade name TZ80001N.
When ordering, do not confuse cleaning tablets with descaling tablets. Both agents have different compositions, purposes and methods of use.

Choose what you need help with.
Choose an option based on whether you have the exact appliance model.
We’ll show you where the rating plate with the E-Nr. is usually located.
To find the correct part, you need the E-Nr. from the rating plate. For a safe selection, we therefore recommend searching by this marking.

Choose the appliance size.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have any large appliances available for sale.
A genuine BSH part number always has 8 digits and usually starts with 00, 1 or 2.
Examples: 00611332, 17007585, 20007165Plastic and metal components often carry a mould number, material number or another production marking. It may not be the order number. The same marking may be used on several different spare parts.
It may be a mould number, material number or production marking stamped directly on the component. We are gradually adding these numbers to our search.
We could not find the entered marking among the products or information stored in our shop.
In this case, we recommend searching by the exact appliance model shown on the rating plate. This lets us display parts intended specifically for your appliance.
A model range such as MUM 4, MUM 5, EQ.6, EQ.8, EcoSilence, Serie 6, Serie 7, iQ500 or iQ700 is unfortunately not a unique appliance identifier.
A complete E-Nr. includes a service index with a slash before the final two characters. For example: B1WTV3000A/01, WAN20030IX/34 or KIV22470/01.
Even a different service index may mean a different appliance version and different compatibility for some parts.
You can also search using an incomplete E-Nr. Without the complete marking, however, we cannot guarantee full certainty of product compatibility.
You can replace up to 3 unreadable characters individually with a ?. Each question mark represents exactly one character. The more question marks you use, the more possible results may be displayed.
Please check that you copied the complete model from the appliance rating plate without any errors.
Our database contains appliances from Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Gaggenau, Constructa, Balay, Profilo, Koenic, Kenmore, IKEA, Imperial, Pitsos, Thermador, Viva, Lynx, Zelmer, Junkers, Novamatic, Blaupunkt, Ufesa, Coldex, Lord, Riedel, Dimplex, Solitaire and Tecline.
Send us the appliance marking. We’ll check why the model cannot be found in our database.
First, try to find at least part of the model marking using one of the following options.
Without the exact E-Nr., we unfortunately cannot reliably find the correct product for a specific appliance. The same model range may exist in several versions and use different parts.
A marking without the slash is incomplete, but it can still significantly narrow down the selection. We can usually use it to find one to three possible versions of the required part.
You can replace up to 3 unreadable characters individually with a ?. Each question mark represents exactly one character. The more question marks you use, the more possible results may be displayed.
Choosing by name, appearance or category is only approximate. Without checking the E-Nr., there is a high risk of ordering an incompatible part.
